Their attention to detail was impressive, they managed the "surprises" with ease (Oh look, a rotted support timber under your front door. Let's replace that.), and I felt confident throughout that they were committed to doing quality work at a fair price. They kept me apprised of all developments, provided me with informed choices to make throughout, and worked hard to give us something that we'd be happy with for many years. "I can't say enough good things about Julie and Juan. They exceeded our expectations and did some extra work that they felt would make the job better at no extra charge. The job involved: leveling a barn floor, removal of poorly poured concrete at one end, high psi concrete pour/level/finishing and shoring up and parging the existing foundation. Their proposal was thorough, the price was right. They showed up on time and completed the work on time--despite a couple of hiccups with the concrete supplier. They communicated consistently throughout the process and not only would I use them again, I find myself thinking f of new projects for them."

"I made the appointment right from Angie's List e-mail, and Bill (the owner) returned my call within a few hours.  He came out that day and gave us an estimate and told us he could begin within 2 days. The two workers arrived promptly at 8:30, and Bill was there at the start of the job.  On the first day they did the powerwashing and a coating to fill in all of the pitting.  They left around 3:00 so that the work could dry before proceeding with sanding and applying the epoxy.  They left the area in great order, and set up a time (8:30) to come the next day. Later, Bill called to change the time to 9:00, and they arrived on time, began work and finished at 2:00.  Bill was there at the beginning of the day and the end.  In addition, outside the back door of the garage was a small section of concrete walkway that was pitted.  Bill filled that for us also as part of the job with no extra charge.
The work looks great and we definitely will use this company for additional work. SECOND JOB: He was very professional and on time. The guys that did the work cleaned up after themselves. Everything worked out very well and would not hesitate to reach out to him again for additional work"

"From day one to finish 8 work days. Every day the work area was cleaned up like nothing was done. Every day items were completed as planned. DeRisio Construction was not called back to redo anything. I greatly recommend this company and I have already done so."

"He did a beautiful job. He stopped one day and gave me some references. We went and looked at his work and thought he did a good job. He was a good worker. I think he is kind of a gypsy mason guy. He'll do anything but he doesn't have an actual stone and mortar business, I think he just works out of his house. He has also done our 3 bay garage floor for us. My experience has been very good. He is responsive and he does exactly what he tells you he is going to do. When he is finished it is exactly how he describes it. Sometimes, in construction, especially when you are dealing with concrete, these guys get a little sloppy, a little messy. He ended up producing exactly what he described. Both my wife and I talked to him about it because it's a driveway, it's the entry to your house and you don't want some piece of junk when they get through. I've seen some pretty poor concrete work over the years. So far, it is also very stable, it hasn't broken up or cracked. He put the stress cracks in the right place. He's very good at what he does. He is a little bit slow getting back to you from when he quotes. When he's on the job he's fast, so I don't want to give him a rating that looks bad. When you are trying to get him to do the job, he is kind of slow in that area. He will tell you a date and something will happen and he'll call you. But when he is here, when he is committed he is very fast and he is very responsive."
