We were very happy with the work John Kress and his crew did to replace cabinets, flooring, and drywall in our kitchen and hallways.Pricing was reasonable compared to other estimates, and work got done as per the written estimate. John charged for labor only, as we selected and purchased cabinets, fixtures, and flooring separate. The crew was punctual, friendly, answered questions, and gave recommendations when asked. The quality of work was excellent.There were several opportunities for them to charge more than the estimate based on changes to the work, but that never happened. The contractor was recommended by our cabinet supplier, Kitchen Advantage, and we plan to contact them again for bathroom remodeling.

We purchased kitchen cabinets from Kitchen Advantage. The owner recommended this contractor. He came out and gave me a detailed estimate of the work involved. He was upfront about the scheduling and, very importantly, there were no surprises. The owner and his two-man crew were highly professional, punctual and very hard working. The kitchen looks fantastic and we
are extremely happy with the way everything turned out. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use this contractor again or to recommend him to anyone.

There was a delay in starting the project and a long break in between the two bathrooms,, however once the work began, the remodeling went quickly and according to estimated time. Tiling on floor and shower/tub walls was excellent. Contractor was also very knowlegable with plumbing and electrical. A few small problems arose but contractor addressed them completely. Workers always left work area clean. One frustration was that phone calls to the contractor were not always answered in a timely fashion.

John was recommended by a friend for his quality, timely, professional work. Our experience was the same - from the original estimate, to planning the job, to completing the job we are completely satisfied with the work. Our bathroom looks awesome - we have another to do and will be using his services again.
