"I am a long standing customer of Land Z Masonry Corp. because all of their work is high quality and professionally done. When I called Luis, the owner, regarding the work, he got back to us immediately. He came out to look at the job and he gave us a very fair estimate on this job and another job that we wanted to also have done in our basement. The installation of the new concrete floor took a few days. Luis' workers were always punctual, respectful, and they maintained a consistent work schedule each day. At the end of each day, they would always leave our property in a neat and presentable manner. Each day Luis would visit the job site to check out and inspect the work. He also always made himself available to answer any of our questions or concerns. "From the first phone call asking for an estimate, Alex was tremendous. He came out right away for the estimate and took time with us to talk through the options. Quote was provided immediately and upon acceptance he scheduled us for a job on short-notice. I do not have enough nice things to say about Alex and his crew (including his father). He is extremely responsive (answered/returned all calls quickly), attentive, knowledgeable, considerate, and detail-oriented. He was punctual, arriving on time every day on the job. He stayed on-schedule (started the job when he sad he would...finished the job when he said he would) and did top-notch work. When we had questions, or made changes to the scope of the work Alex took time to listen and address our questions with respect. He offered his opinion forcing it down our throat. On the last day of the job, Alex and his crew finished the work around 6pm. Shortly thereafter, some unexpected rain entered the area. Even though I knew a light rain at that time most likely wouldn't have affected the concrete, Alex surprised me by rushing back to the site (just after the rain started) just to lay down some plastic to protect the surface. He had already been paid, and had been several towns away but still had the pride in his work and consideration to come back and make sure there were no problems. Not only that, but he stayed on-site during the rain just to monitor the conditions. While waiting, he even helped me on a totally separate project I was working on! Absolutely fantastic family-owned company. A+ work and service."
