"I had an emergency service need: the electric cable providing power to my home detached from the outside of my house during a wind storm. Pat Tapia, the owner of B-Dyson Electric, came the very next morning to assess the damage and review what needed to be done to install/re-attach the cable according to code so that my electric company could restore power by that evening. He explained what needed to be done and acted quickly to get the "emergency" electrical work permit from the County as well as getting the necessary equipment (which thankfully was in stock), to do the job. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. I text them and he immediately sent me an estimated price with a maximum cap for the projected job! So, I decided to hire him and I’m so glad I did. ☺️😄😀😃😌😄😄😃😀😇😄🙂😊😃😇 I thought his price was quite reasonable compared to what Home Depot’s electrical service men were asking. When he came to my house and ran some tests and opened the old electrical mount I was able to see the cause of the flickering lights. Then, he gave me an estimated cost of the new Flushmount, and quickly left and return within a half an hour with a receipt and installed it. He work efficiently and proficiently!! He was punctual, courteous, experienced and very dedicated to completing his electrical task. And when he’s done he will explain and show you how the new dimmer switch works. He even brought his own ladder with him. I will definitely use his service again when needing electrical repairs!!"
