Absolutely perfect experience all the way around. I hired Joe Rinaldi after requesting info on repairing one outside outlet and adding a second one. His guys came right on time and were incredibly respectful and professional. I have two cats and was afraid they would get out since the guys needed to come in and go out several times to complete the job. Chris and Ricardo were very understanding and made great effort to check the doors before exiting. I really appreciate that. The job was done flawlessly. They advised me on where to place the outlet for my Christmas lights and gave great advice. Job was done super quick and site left perfectly clean. I have since recommended them to several neighbors. 5 stars all the way around. Very happy. And now I can put up all my Christmas lights without needing a ton of extension cables!! And thatâ s exactly what I was hoping for.

Joe Rinaldi is in my very concise rolodex of contractors that I trust. He is a master electrician and he will always give you the best advice. He's one of the few contractors I know who is willing to educate me on the equipment I'm purchasing. He's busy but he always makes time for us. He has bailed me out in electrical emergencies and also done various projects for us. I believe I have used him around half a dozen times now over a number of years. He is honest and has a great work ethic. These qualities are so rare in the contractor industry. He always wants the customer to do what's in their best interest, regardless of cost. I am so thankful for this because we are value-minded but quality-oriented clients. I will continue to use Rinaldi Electric for all of our electrical needs. Thank you!

Made an appointment with Joe Rinaldi. His people showed up on time. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions re the problem. There were multiple items that needed attention that were not working and we'd lived with for a while and decided we now had to get them fixed. This company did all the repairs and replacements, made recommendations and cleaned up after they were done.

I never like to put someone on blast but I've been pretty patient and have no other option at this point. Joe was assigned to do some work in my home via my home warranty. The technician arrived (about 2 hours late) and said some of the work is not covered by the warranty (which I knew would be the case). They only had time to install three ceiling fans which were all off-warranty and I paid $900 out of pocket. They did none of the work covered by the warranty and said they'd be back in a week or so. It is almost two months later and Joe is all excuses (if he responds at all) and the work has still yet to be finished. I literally have exposed live wires under my cabinets and a bathroom fan that does not work and am at my wits end. I feel stuck because I donâ t want to find and pay someone else since Joe has already been paid for the work that hasn't been done. So very frustrated. I would never recommend them.

"I am very sorry and very upset about this review. As you can see I have very good reviews and not too many negative ones. This is a customer from a home warranty company that I do some work for, like she says in her review the work that we did that she paid out of pocket hanging three ceiling fans there were no issues and everything was done as promised. My guys did not show up 2 hours late I have my text to her that I gave her a heads up that we are running late but we will be there we had an emergency I had to take care of early that morning, I did not keep her waiting around for 2 hours. The livewire she talks about that was left underneath"

Joe Rinaldi and his team are top notch electricians and I highly recommend them for any residential service. I requested the services of AM/PM Electric on two occasions; One service request was for a non working outlet in the master bathroom and the second request was to install three new electrical lines in the garage of my home. Joe and his team did extraordinary work on both jobs. My dedicated 120V and 240V lines in the garage were professionally installed and routed through conduit. The end result was a very clean run with everything installed by code. There was a small mishap where the circuit breaker I requested was out of stock however Joe personally corrected the problem as soon as he could. In my experience, AM/PM is one of the best electrical contractors in Westchester and I highly recommend their service. My interactions with Joe proves to me that he truly cares for his customers and the quality of his work. He worked to make sure that I was fully satisfied. I can't ask for a better contractor in Westchester County, NY. This is an honest review by a new homeowner in Cortlandt Manor, NY.

I had an overall good experience with Joe. He came out and did a walk-through and quickly provided me with a customer but reasonable quote for the various electrical jobs I need completed. He was amenable to back and forth negotiations and changes with the project both before it was started and during. His team completed the job in a timely manner and did so professionally and with quality work. My rare complaint is some of the work left holes in walls and ceilings which the crew did their best to minimize and patch, leaving some holes, but I will have to hire someone to fulfill the patching job.

"I appreciate the great review it was great working with you. Regarding your comment about the holes that you have to patch, and I appreciate you seeing that we did our best I always I'm conscious of cutting sheetrock and we try to avoid it at all costs. Overall I was very happy with my guys with the minimal cutting we had to do, we were able to snake a lot of wires and kept the damage to a minimum. I believe close to 40 recessed lights, I believe 7 cable runs, especially the basement where there was no attic access at all. For any potential customers reading this, I do a one coat patch four small holes, if we have to make an access panel I s"
