"I am very sorry and very upset about this review. As you can see I have very good reviews and not too many negative ones. This is a customer from a home warranty company that I do some work for, like she says in her review the work that we did that she paid out of pocket hanging three ceiling fans there were no issues and everything was done as promised. My guys did not show up 2 hours late I have my text to her that I gave her a heads up that we are running late but we will be there we had an emergency I had to take care of early that morning, I did not keep her waiting around for 2 hours. "I appreciate the great review it was great working with you. Regarding your comment about the holes that you have to patch, and I appreciate you seeing that we did our best I always I'm conscious of cutting sheetrock and we try to avoid it at all costs. Overall I was very happy with my guys with the minimal cutting we had to do, we were able to snake a lot of wires and kept the damage to a minimum. I believe close to 40 recessed lights, I believe 7 cable runs, especially the basement where there was no attic access at all.
