We had no idea what we were in for, but Andy was super helpful and patient with us, from the first time he came over to look at our place, to the last day. He always gave great advice, and was also realistic about what was possible and what wasn't. He was super communicative throughout, alerting us to any problems, and then helped solve those problems. We had nothing to worry about the whole time. All of the guys on his team were also kind, clean and polite. Not one of our neighbors in our coop complained! On top of that, we thought for sure that the work would drag on, as everyone told us horror stories, especially during Covid, but Andy's team finished everything in two weeks--right on time. "We got an estimate from Robert Remodeling back in March of 2021 for a complete basement renovation. At that time we also pursued additional estimates from well-known and recommended contractors.
