After Hurricane Ian, I called a number of roof companies, but Adler was the only one who showed up in person and didn't require me to sign away insurance benefits or pay up front. Their estimate was very competitive as well. At each turn of the re-roof process I found someone always there, just an email or text away, to answer my many questions. I received good advice from them and they met their aggressive delivery and re-roof schedule almost to the day! Many of my neighbors in my gated community in SW Florida still have blue tarps on their roofs because they chose to work with another company. As an aside, during the "drying in" phase of the install process, a worker inadvertently spilled some tar on my brick driveway pavers. When I called Adler about it they apologized and said "Get it cleaned and we'll pay for it." I was appreciative of this 'no questions asked' solution. Later I'll dig out the original roof.. it looked like a moonscape of bulbous waves and misguided historic attempts to mesh a labyrinth of disconnected ill selected materials. "Please read carefully. Because this is not only a glowing 5star plus review for CNY Complete Contractors (CNYCC) but what to expect from the competition.
I looked first at two advertised roofing companies. The first you see all over. M Quick to quote but definitely inexperienced as the quote included roofing a plastic Rubbermaid shed. (Seriously) Thank you Adam owner of CNYCC for pointing that out.
The second on was also higher priced and charged too much for plywood (like double for the same size.
Adam was recommended by my best friend who had CNY put on a brown roof which looks great on his house. CNYCC came over explaining the job and looking closely at details such as my outdoor porch. They stood in communication with me. (Text are sent only after they have your permission. So the one bad reviewer needs a lesson on spam texting and the proper use of email and communication ) Give them time to get to you in the spring and summer. We had them come out in the winter. It’s definitely worth the wait. They also saved up money over those other two companies.
This is family friendly and run business. Paige, Adams wife was wonderful. She kept me informed help me through the financing process, and her communication was outstanding. She told me exactly when they would be coming out to do my roof and they showed up that morning to the exact time she said. Adam gave me an explanation of what they did and how they would proceed that day, which was another reassurance of our previous conversation, so I was completely comfortable. He said one day to take off my old roof and replace any plywood. I didn’t believe it. But came 5pm and my wife coming home from work that night and we had a completely new roof with new plywood in places we didn’t see at first were bad until Adam showed us on our home. Thank you so much!
His crew was so professional. Any nails were picked up with a magnetic roller. I didn’t see any in the lawn for my tractor to puncture a tire, which was incredible. Thank you again!!
I only saw a few come out of the gutter (that is too be expected).
I had my house washed a week after and really have to say the Biscayne Blue on our house has had neighbors complimenting as they noticed an immediate difference.
We are so pleased and have complete peace of mind knowing that the investment we made has a warranty we can pass down to our children and labor covered for longer than any other company and is covered even if CNYCC is not available. Ask Adam to explain.
He also helped to make our porch, which is our pride and joy, look so much better doing some finishing work after the new plywood was put on per our conversation which in our opinion was going way above and beyond. "EJ is a great, no nonsense roofer with a competitive price. After we agreed over the phone to move forward he and his team came within 7 days and completed our whole roof in one day. "Hired this Team to do a full redeck on my roof after noticing a few leaks. They were extremely responsive and sent someone out to give me an estimate. He arrived as promised and was the only one of four other contractors that actually got into my attic to see what was happening. I received my quote later that day and it was more than agreeable, so I hired them. The other quotes I received from other contractors were on average 25% higher than Dynasty's. They arrived as promised (few days early actually) and when they arrived, they immediately started work. They quite literally worked all day and had to return the following day to wrap up. The next day they arrived as promised and completed the work. If you're up in that air as to what contractor to hire, this is the one. They are prompt, courteous and extremely professional and attentive. They walked me through all the work they completed step by step which helped me to understand what had happened to cause the leaks. The full redeck of my roof was done in less than a day and half which speaks volumes to their efficiency. If I had it to do over again, I would choose this team every day of the week and twice on Sundays!!! Best contractor I have ever worked with, no doubt!

"Pros: (1) Good Salesman, friendly. Provided best price of the 3 quotes I received. (2) The install crew was prompt, friendly and all worked hard. (3) Roof looks very good, with nice lines (4) Product comes from a reputable company (Erie Materials) (5) Good clean up by roofers. Cons: (1) Several items were broken or damaged on the home ((Outside garage light, lounge chair, five window screens, mailbox, aluminum siding had some damage and some siding was never reinstalled correctly so now it's loose)) ((Didn't notice most of these till over a week later when I had a day off)) (2) No mention was made of these during install and not noticed till after job completed and paid for. (3) Stripping the roof caused a great deal of dirt and debris in the attic (which was very clean) we would have appreciated advanced notice by someone to tarp everything. (Several hour cleanup on our part) (4) This is important: Picture provided by salesman of color of roof did not match actual roof color so we thought we had wrong shingles. (5) I called Roofing Manager to discuss and he was a bit terse and bothered that I kept trying to finish my sentences. And No, I wasn't angry, just concerned. (6) Roofing Manager said they would bring 2 types of shingles to house to show us we had the right material but never did. (7) Called Salesman about issue and he said he would get back with us but never did. We haven't heard from anybody since. (8) Flat roof section is starting to curl. Final Point: Roof looks good, we like it but not the exact color we wanted. We would have appreciated openness by workers for the damage and common courtesy by the Manger or Sales in addressing our concerns. But, once they got their money, it was, adios amigo.
