tl;dr - work fast and efficient? Yes. Great sales pitch? Sure. Come to your door "we are in the neighborhood. wanna change the roof?" Yes, sir. Excellent communications after the contract is signed? Hell, no. Paperwork for advertised warranty takes 4-8 week to arrive. Price seems reasonable, the materials seem to be good quality, they work pretty efficiently, but do expect to find a couple of nails lying around. p.s. My initial rating 3/5, coz I've seen and heard from PM exactly once at the moment "let's look at the roof from your driveway and sign the documents". Despite multiple assurances of involvement and "keeping you up to date". Wasn't even informed about the additional cost of wood for repairs 🤷‍♂️

Nathan did a great job taking the time to explain Stellar’s product, service, process and what I could expect start to finish. I found the tear off and roof replacement price to be reasonable for the end product received. Our project manager, Tony, did a good job keeping us up to date on the project, timeline, and was there to answer any questions. When considering price and quality, it would be tough to find a better vendor then stellar

Dan was amazing in his presentation answering all questions and concerns and was a wealth of knowledge! Jared and his crew were on point even with the cold temps and snow. The crew work efficiently and I am blown away at their clean up game!!! Even with the bad weather and snow they cleaned up everything! Even chasing down some garbage that tried to escape into my neighborhood. A++++ would highly recommend!!!! Thank you again for keeping the house dry and safe!!!

I was impressed from the beginning. Anthony did the initial consulting and was excellent at explaining the entire process, from materials used and potential issues with such an old house. Tony led the installation crew and had everything done in a day & a half. I am impressed with the final results and am ready for another wny winter.
