Best couch cleaners near Baldwin, NY

"We sold our house and I called to have 3 rooms, a hallway and a staircase of our 15 year old abused carpets cleaned. And I was in a rush because I just got the house empty and needed it done before the new buyer did his walk through. Turns out Vinny specializes in traveling around Long Island cleaning carpets and making houses smell clean. He was conscientious, sincere, thorough and affordable. I highly recommend Vinny and Brighter Tomorrows Carpet Cleaning"

"Everything was explained in detail for me. I was also given suggestions on appropriate floor cleaner to use. Spot treatments were done first and I was told which spots would not be able to come up off the carpet."

Thank you very much Jeff.

"Just totally unreliable. He showed up over four hours late for our first appointment, including three hours after texting "be there in an hour". Because he was so late, he was in my house until 9:30 PM and wanted to stay later, before we said we'd have the finish another day. He then showed up three hours late for that second day. In cleaning the master bedroom, he broke a glass candle holder, which we cannot replace (to his credit, he offered to pay and we reduced the balance. As for the actual work, aside from the fact that it took an inordinate amount of time to complete, was average at best. Our couch had a urine smell (from the dog) which persisted after he "cleaned it". When we asked him to come back to address the urine smell, we arranged for a day, he cancelled day of and we picked a different day. Unfortunately, he didn't show up, call or text for that final appointment before I decided I had enough. We have two kids and a busy schedule, so to plan for someone only to have them come four hours late, or not at all, is unacceptable."

"He is very reliable. He took the time to protect our floors before cleaning our couch and the couch looks great after cleaning. I would definitely use him again and will recommend him to others."
