The fabric on my sofa required a different cleaning method, so he took the time to do it correctly on a Sunday Morning and didn't charge me any extra. My white sofa is so perfect thanks to to him. "Bill did a great job!  He spent about 2 hours cleaning the living room and hallway.  He was very professional and polite.  The carpet is about 7 years old and had a lot of wear and tear on it.  there were various stains on it and we had an older dog that had some accidents on it so we weren't expecting any miracles, but we have to say that the carpet looks about as close to new as possible.  We have had the carpet cleaned before by various cheaper companies but none of them came close to the job that Bill did.  There even seems to be more give to the carpet, like the padding somehow came back to life.  There were actually a few spots we noticed after he left and we called Bill and he came back the next day and took care of them.  Very satisfied with his services and we highly recommend him.

"I sent him a request for an estimate on a Sunday and received a reply that afternoon. While the estimate was fair, it was more than the carpet was worth. But this is the kind of service that is worth sharing Too many times you are just ignored so its good to know someone who will treat you with courtesy and respect. "Just totally unreliable. He showed up over four hours late for our first appointment, including three hours after texting "be there in an hour". Because he was so late, he was in my house until 9:30 PM and wanted to stay later, before we said we'd have the finish another day. He then showed up three hours late for that second day. In cleaning the master bedroom, he broke a glass candle holder, which we cannot replace (to his credit, he offered to pay and we reduced the balance. As for the actual work, aside from the fact that it took an inordinate amount of time to complete, was average at best. Our couch had a urine smell (from the dog) which persisted after he "cleaned it". When we asked him to come back to address the urine smell, we arranged for a day, he cancelled day of and we picked a different day. Unfortunately, he didn't show up, call or text for that final appointment before I decided I had enough. We have two kids and a busy schedule, so to plan for someone only to have them come four hours late, or not at all, is unacceptable."
