"Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! Or that cleaning of our hardwood will not get us much as it really needed a resanding. This is the second time we have hired Bill for carpet cleaning and I will definitely recommend him to any one without any reservations. "Amazing service, I would highly recommend Priel, he is one outstanding individual. I have a small apartment but he spent hours (originally he estimated it would take 2.5 hours but he spent over 7, at the same cost) trying to get all the dirt to be cleaned up. He takes pride in making sure the customer is happy and was super flexible with me on working around my schedule. Regarding cost, he was more than fair and it I actually felt guilty not giving him more given the hard work he put into it.
