We just closed on house and wanted to refinish floors before moving in. As for the craftsmanship, it was more than I could have imagined. That included handling the refinishing under radiators, in closets, installing a door saddle and even repairing some 2 inch holes that we discovered were in the floor when we pulled up the carpets. I think they were originally put there for cable line. Also, I should mention he handled this entire job, which included two full floors of a Dutch Colonial, by himself in 6 days. When it came time to choosing the stain, Dan prepared a few samples on the sanded floor so we could gage the actual look. The result was spectacular.
