They were courteous and on-time over several days. After many years the water in the basement problem has been resolved."

"The crew arrived on the planned date and worked diligently.  They were knowledgeable about the issues of an old house and knew exactly what they were doing.  They had to carry out the debris (concrete and dirt), and bring in the material and equipment by hand.  They were careful to partition off the part of the basement where they worked and keep dust and dirt from going out of the work area. The crew did a great job in making sure the work sites were cleaned up and everything was done right.  A truck had to come back 2 days later to finish up the river rock in the outside trench, as they had run out of material.  The yard, considering how difficult it was to dig the trench away from the house, was in very good shape.  There were tree roots ans shale that made things difficult and required  a jackhammer at times.
 It was a difficult and messy job that they did wonderfully, inside and outside. I have been very pleased with the work and there has been no problems with water or excessive dampness in the basement."

"When I contacted All Dry I was gun shy. This would have been my 4th contractor I would have to deal with. All theee prior told me something completely different and tried to take advantage of my limited knowledge. From the get go, All Dry Basement made me feel extremely comfortable. Todd and his team answered my questions thoroughly and were always available for my questions . The work that was done was amazing, he was punctual everyday and worked some nights until 8pm until the work was completed. It is like a different world in the crawlspace, the smell is gone, all of the debris were cleaned out and. Brought to the dump, a vapor seal was installed, a dehumidifier for the moisture, one entryway to the crawlspace was closed up and the main entrance was re worked for easier access. Blocks from the foundation were grouted because the blocks were dead, , floor joists were spay flames and the House is now Warmer. I couldn’t be more please wth the quality of work All Dry Basement did at my home. They were professional and amazing and I would 100% recommend them. My stress level has decreased a million percent because after two years I found a company that was honest from the get go and their work shows it!!!! HIRE THEM FOR YOR CRAWLSPCE AND BASEMENT NEEDS. "I had a small but complicated, hard to access, and structurally essential repair job on a 60-year-old concrete deck attached to my 280-year-old Pennsylvania limestone farmhouse. I contacted several masons listed for my area on Home Advisor, and included Mr. Grady as a long shot -- I read about his expertise with historical structures and wished I had access to such an expert craftsman, but I didn't think he'd be interested in my teeny job and assumed I wouldn't be able to afford him anyway. He was the first one to return my call and to look at the job, and I thought his price was fair. I believe now it was way more than fair, considering the time he spent. He did extensive research, going over a structural engineer's report I had done previously on the deck and even examining the original architectural drawings and materials invoices from 1959. He showed up at least three times to complete the repair in stages, and has been back a half a dozen times since then to check the job -- and my location is not exactly in his neighborhood. He accepted only enough payment in advance to pay for lodging for himself and his assistant when they stayed nearby one night in order to be there early the next morning. He gave and continues to give free advice about preserving my stone house and patio. If you prod him a little, he might even share some of his personal philosophy, earned over a lifetime of work that is clearly more of an art form than a job to him. Overall, I'd say you can hire one of many competent contractors and get an adequate job, or you can hire Mr. Grady and get superior work by someone who cares about your property as much as you do."
