"Neverwet truly stands by their lifetime transferable warranty! I purchased my home last summer. The previous owners had installed the Neverwet basement system. This winter I experienced drainage issues in my front yard. I called Neverwet and spoke with Michele who was very pleasant and understanding. Kevin, one of the owners promptly came over to evaluate the situation. He determined the drain line from the sump pump needed to be extended and connected to the storm sewer. "Woodford brothers did a great job waterproofing my basement. There estimate was right on par with other companies and actually a bit lower. The workers were very professional and very respectful of my property and house. Shoutout to Hunter who answered all questions thoroughly and didn’t mind at all how many I had as he was working! They showed up on time and worked all day, barely taking breaks. And so far, and we’ve had a few rainy days, we have had no water in our basement. I would not hesitate to recommend Woodford Brothers."
