"I have a wind storm in my town and that extremely damage the siding on one side of my property. Special Construction is a good contractor to work with. They are very responsable about what the doing. Mr. Andres always answers the phone if you need to express your concern. They came on time and they did a good job in a timely manner . "Dan& sons installed a pitched metal burgundy roof, porch roofs & matching carport, on my 150 year old Fort Plain home. I have also left a previous review of their residential stainless steel siding job. Included is a photo of the original house when we bought it in 2008. Dan & sons Levi, David, & Junior, have not just transformed the house, but saved it. They work with the highest integrity and their work is outstanding. Their prices are affordable and competitive. "They went above and beyond. They did more than I originally asked them to do. They repaired the poor workmanship the previous roofer had done. I wasn't charged as much as another roofer asked and they did more work than the other roofer said he was going to do. They cleaned up completely without leaving any garbage behind. COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE."
