We also provide In-Home Service for those units too big to lug around. Service Calls start at $75 dollars in town (Hornell) and prices vary outside of town depending on travel distance. This includes the trip charge and the first half hour of labor (in which most cases is all it takes). If a part needs to be ordered the second trip is free. After you've made a decision to have your unit fixed we will warranty the labor for at least 30 days and warranty the part according to the vender policy we purchased it from (at least 6 months).
