I have a problem with this and I push buttons, thinking I am fixing something. I actually create more problems. My Pro told me he could provide an Anti-virus program for me, so I don't have to try and find one. That took care of everything. The Pro was actually very patient with me, which is tough to achieve! He was very intelligent and knew what needed to be done. His prices were very reasonable as well."
