Bayview Roofing's boss and team are the best. Showed up, did the job perfectly, cleaned up. I can't recommend them enough. In fact, they have done numerous renovations for me, and built me an exterior studio space. I will continue to hire them for any construction/remodeling project.

Project was completed quickly and within estimate. Excellent customer service by business owner personally. Clean-up was excellent.

Entire job was completed in one day. They were professional and did the job requested. Communication was easy and owner always returned all calls. All tiles were cleaned from yard. The owner is very nice and does what he says he is going to do. My roof and gutter looks beautiful. I would hire Bayview in the future.

The removal process is quite a messy project, but the crew cleaned up the debris everyday before leaving. I was very concerned regarding any debris that landed in my neighbor's yard and they were very attentive to this issue and I was happy with the results. The entire project was completed in 3 days. It rained today and so far we have not experienced any problems to date. The new roof looks great. The owner Kasey was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had before & during the entire project.

Guys came out and did a great job on my roof. It was a very windy that day but they managed to clean up very well. Kaycee gave a very reasonable estimate and there was a good warranty on the materials and labor.

We used the matching service on Angie’s List. Kasey called me the next day to arrange a time to come see the project. Kasey gave us a quote on the spot and we arranged to have the work done early the following week. The crew came on the designated day and worked into the evening to finish the roof. Only 5 days passed from the time I contacted Kasey until the roof was replaced with a great warranty. I’ve never had a project go smoother! And the roof looks great!

It all went very well. Kasey and crew arrived on schedule, however he did not remain on site. The crew were the hardest working people I have ever seen. They were like a well oiled machine. Each knowing exactly what needed to be done, and when. They worked quietly and efficiently The dumpster arrived shortly after the crew arrived, and the truck with the roofing materials arrived as the shingles were being removed. Shingles were delivered to the roof. The job was about 60% done at the end of the 1st day. They completed the job and cleaned up by the end of the 2nd day. Clean up could have been done more carefully. I swept the driveway following day and found several nails (about 10) that did not make it to the dumpster. I'll sweep again after the dumpster is removed in case there are nails that rolled underneath. Kasey was very responsive to phone calls. The roofing job was completed within budget. So far, I am am quite happy with the work that was done.

Very smoothly. We wound up paying considerably more than the estimate, due to there being more damage than initially thought, but they were willing to work with me, and the work itself was done quickly and efficiently.

We are so happy we went with BayView Contracting to replace our roof and Soffits . Kasey and his crew all make this an extremely easy decision to make. Kasey went out of his way to help us come up with a date that would work for us...This was not an easy task as I work from home so needed a specific date. I was also so happy as we wanted to keep the existing gutters and he never pressure us to change them, others companies said it would not work and we needed to replace them too..Kasey said your gutters are fine and we can definitely keep them while replacing the roof..His crew did an amazing job and both the roof and new soffits are beautiful ...So happy to have met Kasey...he is an honest businessman, someone you can trust . We definitely be hiring BayView for our next project.

I recently hired this company to replace a bad shingle and they took care of it within an hour. Kasey was a professional from start to finish and very reasonable. It was not a big paying job and I really appreciate them helping me with a small problem that could have been much bigger. I have had several quotes from companies prior to Kasey arrival and none wanted to do it because the job was too small. One person wanted to tear off my entire roof and I only had one bad shingle. Thanks a million Kasey! I will be recommending your company to all my friends and family.

Bayview did an exceptional job. Even better than we hoped. The owner was not only an expert professional, but was the kindest, most patient person we ever worked with. When trying to decide on the color, he suggested one. But as I was unsure, so he happily came out 3 times, yes 3 times, to staple different samples up on the roof so I could see how each would look on site. Now, what other company would do that?!! Turns out, the one we went with was the one he first suggested. ( He really knows his stuff!) The owner, Kasey, impressed us with his knowledge of roofing as well as stonework, carpentry, etc. He helped us with a few other things at no additional charge. Now, what other company would do that?!! He did the job exactly when we wanted it done, and the daily clean-up was impressive to watch. While removing the old shingles, the yard would be covered. But when the crew left at the end of the day, there wasn't so much as a candy wrapper left behind. It was like they had a magic wand, where everything was restored to exactly as they had found it. They covered windows and bushes to protect them. We also found Kasey to be honest and trustworthy. The estimate is exactly what we paid. No hidden extras. No jacked-up price at the end. And he respected our time. A competitor we called gave us a slightly lower estimate, but with a whole list of items "not covered" in the estimate. You know, those things that you KNOW you will need. Kasey's estimate included everything. So in the long-run, Bayview turned out to save us time & money. And he didn't make us sit through long video presentations, like the competitor did, that included being forced to view pictures of the owner's granddaughter's soccer team and their sponsors. What does THAT have to do with an estimate? Just tell us the cost, right? Yes, Kasey was fantastic to work with. We feel we not only found the one professional we would trust to work on our home, but we made a friend we value. His company does more than just roofing. They do all home construction jobs. There is nowhere else to look when such a fantastic company exists. I wish I could post a picture of the finished job. It came out beautifully. But my skills in getting a picture posted are lacking. But, I've given Kasey permission to post pictures of our home on his website. We are very happy with the job and will be hiring him again for anything that comes up. Highly recommend!

From estimate to completion was about 10 days, crew arrived on time, materials arrived and job was done promptly. Everything was cleaned after installation. Extremely satisfied with Kasey and his Workmen. Gave him a neighbor referral and he will do his roof next week.

Casey is a excellent contractor, he explains clearly the scope of work, timeframe to complete, and clean up. Vinnie was the gentlemen who worked at our house, his was polite, meticulous, hard-working, and a pleasure to have. We even shared our dinner with him, one night. Not only did they repair our flat roof, he also put up new gutters, and new siding around and under our eaves. Bayview Contracting is who I recommend to anyone in need of repairing your roof.

It went perfectly. My home was devastated by a tornado that sent 6 huge pines crashing through my roof. It was leaking like a sieve. I called Bayview after reading reviews online. I am so glad that I did. They patched one of my roofs, replaced another and put new gutters all around house. That was 3 months ago. I deliberately waited this long to write this review because in the past I've had roofers "fix" roofs for me leaked after a few heavy rains. Not so in this case. Not a drop of water inside my house. They worked long hours to get the job done in a timel manner and left not a scrap of debris behind. The price seemed quite fair to me but, to be honest, i have no basis of comparison. In the aftermath of the tornado, I had to deal with several contractors. Some were good, Some were terrible. But none was better than Bayview.

I hired Bayview to replace my roof. They did such an excellent job that I rehired them to replace my siding and some windows. They once again did such an excellent job that I hired them one more time to complete a small screened in side porch. It was a pleasure doing business with Kasey and his crew. They went above and beyond all expectations. I was especially impressed with the care they took with my pets. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. I give them the highest possible recommendation. Bayview Contracting means quality assurance at its best.

It went extremely well. Casey is a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to make sure our house came out exactly the way we wanted.
