WNY Tree Guys are awesome and I highly recommend. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Did a terrific job cutting down and removing two huge trees. They demonstrated real knowledge as the one tree had fallen into a neighbors and was tangled with the neighbors. I was very comfortable in their skills and abilities. They also cleaned up great and carted all wood and debris away. Consider hiring this company for your tree needs you wonâ t be disappointed!

This company gave me a written estimate for my project after we spoke on the phone and texted (I sent photos of what needed to be done). I agreed to the estimate and we set a time for them to come (a four-hour window) and they didn't show up. At the end of the time window I texted to ask if they were coming and they casually wrote back, "Hey, how are you - we'll be there tomorrow morning". I was angry at the disrespect for my time and the lack of communication on their part, so I didn't use their services.

Safe, reliable, detail oriented and reasonably priced: I had some pretty massive trees fall during a storm. In a couple of cases, they were in very dangerous positions, which worried my wife and me. But I really didn't have to worry because the team at WNY Tree Guys paid attention to every detail. From the equipment used, to the time taken to get it done, RIGHT. The owner consulted me, told me what he and his team were going to do and how they were going to do it before he started, then delivered. I liked them so much I hired than a second time.
