His crew has always shown up on time, they've been very courteous, and kept the work area and walking in an out of the house clean and protected from messes and debris. Our first contact with Ryan set the tone for out relationship.  We sent an email via his website and received a reply within minutes.  He arrived early for our first appointment and he was exactly on time for all subsequent meetings.  This meant a lot to us since we didn't have the same experience with previous contractors.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
