We like to take time and write up an estimate that includes all materials and labor times that take everything into account, including issues that may arise during the job. We bid extra time to compensate for unforseen issues. Due to the extra time we dedicate to our estimates though we are able to garentee that we will Never go more than 10% above our estimate.
