Smart Clean is a family-owned and operated business. We have been servicing the Reno, Sparks and surrounding areas for over 5 years. We offer a wide variety of services that are guaranteed for each individual customer.

"We booked through HomeAdvisor. We booked for a deep clean, we did not receive a deep clean, we barely received a regular cleaning. There was still dust on all the furniture, my shower door still had soap scum on it, the floors did not look mopped and still had dirt, the windows were not cleaned, the showerhead was not cleaned. When I spoke to the owner he told me they just could not clean the floor properly without a machine, I have a small kitchen with regular linoleum floors, I do not understand how he could not do it. This was the absolute worst cleaning I have ever gotten. This was supposed to be part of my mothers day gift, guess what I will be doing the day before mothers day, cleaning my house! The thing that is most annoying is that the owner knew the job was not good, and still charged full price. When he left I walked around and noticed how bad the cleaning really was. I called him back he, cleaned dusted a few things that I pointed out had visible dirt, not sure how he missed it the first time. And then said if I call him back for a second cleaning he will give me a discount. No thanks. Just do it right the first time! I contacted the owner, and I am still waiting for him to get back to me."

"I had a hot water line burst earlier this year and, in the time it took for my insurance company to approve my claim, toxic amounts of mold and mildew built up in my crawl space. Initially, I hired a different company (big mistake) to do the remediation. They basically just sprayed some chemicals and left. Within a couple months I was experiencing the same issues and breathing toxic air again. So I did some research and decided to call Voda. JR and Christian came out, conducted a thorough inspection, told me exactly what I was dealing with and what needed to be done. Afterwards they showed me pictures of all the work that was done in the crawl space and needless to say I was extremely pleased. And to put the icing on the cake, they threw in a free duct cleaning so I can get my air back on and breathe safely again. Highly recommend their services to anyone going through a similar situation!"
