This was a big deal purchase. He did a good job, but he had to come back. He brought his son with them, who I guess works for him. His son was obviously not happy to be here. So the last room they did was our bedroom. The son didn't do whatever it is that they do to pull up the moisture that is in the carpet. That evening we went to go to bed and it was wet, not damp, it was wet. So we had to call him back and he did come back the next day. He took care of it. I want to have the ability to look at what we are having done and give us a quote. He called me and said he thought I owed him another $68. I asked what he was basing that on. Apparently Angie's List sent him a text and he thought I owed him more money. I sent him copies of what I had and I told him if he had a problem with the payment he got from Angie's List then he needed to talk to Angie's List and not me. I have not heard from him again. Originally he told us he would come back next week so then he did come back. We will use him again. I thought the price was fine. They did come back right away and fixed what the problem was.
