Additionally, they did something I wasn't expecting...they thoroughly washed the screens that were in my windows, meticulously taking each individual screen out and power washing each screen in addition to making sure the window was spotless, taking care of washing windows that were on the second or third level. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again.
