Their pricing is in-line with several estimates I got from a local carpet, floor, and tile store in Roy Utah. I didn't go with them because their estimate did not include a sink, plumber, or backsplash and when that got included, the price was equivalent. The difference being I didn't know who would do the work. I met Dean and decided on the spot that he would do the work. He is a good and honest guy. You won't go wrong with him."

I agreed to that and he arrived at about 9:30. Before 10:00 he was finished and the clog was removed. Eric was professional and courteous. "Rory Rickets, owner of Millennium Plumbing, replaced my faucet and fixed my leak under the sink and my front, leaking outdoor hose bib. Rory explained the process and extra options and details (removing hoses, fixtures to a nonexistent filtration system, various faucet choices, etc.) and communicated pricing and fees with me throughout the process. He was fast, knowledgeable, detailed, courteous and affordably priced. I am thrilled with Rory and Millennium Plumbing. I highly recommend him."

"We called Kyle to set up an appointment to have our Hot Tub repaired. He was nice and friendly and texted us to set up an appointment between 9am-11am but on the day of the appointment, he didn?t show up and he didn?t call or message us to let us know he wasn?t coming. We messaged him to ask if he was still coming but he didn?t respond until almost 2pm and when he did, he apologized and told us that he ran into an emergency that took longer than he thought and he asked us if we could please allow him another chance to come the following morning. We took a chance and set up an appointment for 9 AM the following day. We sat and waited for him the next morning and again he was a ?no show?. He did message around 9:30am stating he was sorry again but he had another emergency and he would have to reschedule for later in the week. Kyle seems to be a nice person but a horrible businessman. It was inconvenient for us to wait around 2 days in a row and all he could say is ?life happens?."

He answered every single question I had, and when I didn't know what to ask, he knew what to say. I can't wait to get my cabinets and create my dream kitchen.
