"I had a very bad clog and called a few other plumbers before I finally reached out to City Wide. The first two companies came and more than tripled the price they gave me on the phone. Neither could locate the clean out drain and I had little confidence they would fix my problem. I had them both leave. When City Wide came the techs were Frank and Steve. Frank is a very seasoned plumber and found the cleanout in about 3 mins. They worked carefully and professionally and attempted to clear it a a very low price with the drain auger. It was unsuccessful. They advised me they would need to use the camera and water jet. I was skeptical but had no other choice as it was now getting dark. They brought the equipment 30 mins later, the owner was even on site. They showed me the clog with their camera and it was bad and about 70 ft from my house. They gave me a very reasonable price and got the clog out in mins. They are Ethical & honest. I am thankful for Citywide!"

"I couldn't recommend this company any higher.  I called Kyle while he was enroute to another job and he was able to get to my house within a few hours.  He was very professional and friendly, and efficiently removed the old heater and installed the new one.  While he was performing this he also saw that my water softener's drain wasn't set up correctly and fixed that for me.  He also trouble shot and fixed a back faucet that had been leaking from multiple locations.  I will use Kyle and his company for any plumbing issues in the future.

"We had water damages recently in April. After water restoration was done, we need to hire someone to repair our condo. The repairing job was not very big, but included many different works, such as drywall in both master bed room and master bath room, painting, install new cabinet in master bath room.... We have contacted many companies, some company can't meet our schedule, some company can only do drywall and painting. Some company's price was too expensive. "Called several plumbers and received a couple of quotes. Made an appointment with Plumbing Kings to come out to give a free estimate, which turned out to be a couple of hundred less than the others we had received. They scheduled to return the next morning at 10:00 am to make the repair. Started to become concerned when we received call to let us know that he would be late. Tyler did promise to fix the problem that day, so that put us at ease. The ground had to be dug up and a special tool was needed so the owner Steve came out with the tool and helped to complete the job. They went above and beyond with the work that they did and never suggested that we would need to pay more. These guys are hard working and honest. We would definitely use their services again."
