"Came in did his work and the next day he sent me the estimate.  He did a very detailed estimate and so far I'm confident that he will do a great job.  He will start in a few weeks on the floors. I would say that he is very detailed, reasonable and on time."

"I chose CTM Contractors based largely on their Angie's List reviews, and could not be more pleased. The owner, Mike, and his two-man crew did a beautiful job laying floor tiles in multiple rooms. They made my inexpensive tiles look like a million bucks. Mike is always easy to get in touch with, and both he and his crew are very pleasant to work with. All three of the bids I received were very close, and I chose Mike because he was the most prompt and professional, and provided the most detailed quote. I immediately felt confident that his work would be high quality. At the end of the project, they left their work areas even cleaner than they were in the first place. After such a great experience, I'm looking forward to hiring CTM again for my next tile project."

"I had the cold water pipe re-piped in my house.  So what the plumber had to do was, since all of my water pipes were buried underneath the floor, they re-routed my pipes up along the walls and in the attic and down along the walls to the various fixtures.  they put about 12 holes in my walls and my ceiling.  When he was done it blended in with the walls and ceiling perfectly.  No one would ever know that there were holes there.  He did it all in one day.  He did a great job.  He was very courteous and he cleaned up everything.  When he was done you would never know that there were some repairs done.  He didn't leave a mess or anything.  He was very good.  The quality was excellent.  I would definitely use him again.  He arrived on time and he did a lot of work.  To patch up those 8 holes I thought it was going to take a couple of day but he did it in one day.  He had a crew of 2 including him."

"The house was built with an open-air deck above one half of the garage, and the garage completely sheet rocked, textured, and painted.  A water leak developed in the deck a while ago and damaged the ceiling below.  The deck was resealed and tested, and we finally got around to having the garage ceiling repaired.  I had Tim of Tim's Handyman Services come out, look it over and give me an estimate.  I was favorably impressed and we scheduled the work.  Tim and an assistant arrived on the scheduled day and began removing the damaged sheet rock.  At this point  it was found that the ceiling was insulated with fiberglass batts which were somewhat moldy.  The old batts were removed, the area cleaned with bleach, and, after a trip to the store, replaced.  New sheet rock was then installed,  taped and sanded, then sprayed with popcorn texturing to match the rest of the ceiling.  The entire job was done in two days and looked great.  The estimated price was adjusted to cover the new insulation and was very reasonable.  I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the job.  Before he left, I had Tim look at a concrete patio I wanted tiled, and he is doing that job even as I write this review.

"Wilson provides a one stop shop and you don't have to hire a separate electrician, plumber or handyman.  Wilson takes care of everything and they had the entire job completed in one day. Wilson made it easy and we would highly recommend AAA for all of our granite and flooring needs. In fact, we had granite left over and we were also able to have the utility room done. WE couldn't be happier with the job and the team.

"The first room that he painted for me was my master bathroom. He also painted the cabinets. He sanded the room down a few times, and did a wonderful job. He painted several other rooms, and they have all had amazing results. They moved the furniture when it was needed, and also laid down plastic when needed. They respected my home, and I felt very comfortable with them working around me, and they even expressed concern for my animals if any occasion came up."

What a terrific team Creative Interior Solutions has! Jeff walked us through the design process with style and finesse. Cole, the contractor kept things going at a steady pace while Rick and Jonathan, the finish carpenters, installed the cabinets, put on the door handles and coxed all the components to fit. Carlos the drywall man and Gary, the touch up guys were magicians.

And Clean! Everyday ended with vacuuming and checking that all materials were stored properly as well as looking to see there were no trip hazards left in the construction zone.

The most amazing event of all was the time the remodel took. Jeff and Cole told us at the beginning of the job that it would take 4 - 6 weeks and it took six weeks on the dot.

Thank you Creative Interior Solutions for a beautiful kitchen that we will enjoy for years to come.

Floor Sanding questions, answered by experts

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

Pros will assess your soil type, property geography, and rain patterns for optimal slope.

With proper training and experience, reading blueprints is fairly straightforward and not very difficult. If you don’t have the necessary knowledge to interpret the symbols, abbreviations, and other notations used, blueprints may not make sense. Learning to read blueprints can help you understand the construction process and keep you more involved and informed when you’re building a house.

Detailed mapping of elevation changes and natural features on the property.

Prior to excavation, you should prepare the dig site and call 311 before you sign anything.

To get your site ready for excavation, you should move anything in the area that isn’t affixed to the land. You can save money on the excavation by removing hardscaping, including walkways, decks, concrete patios, and paver patios.

Before you carry out any digging, you should call 311 to confirm that there are no utility lines running through your excavation site. Skipping this step could lead to severe injury and property damage if your excavator hits a water, sewage, or gas line.
