"From setting up the appointment, to the finish cleaning, and payment, this has been a wonderful experience. It’s great to know that some small businesses are still customer service focused. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Lemon, I look forward to your services in the future and referring you to my loved ones!"

"I was called within an hour of requesting a quote. All my questions were answered, no hidden fees! They showed up on time, even gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. I've waited a few weeks before giving this review. In the past, I've had my carpets cleaned and they "looked clean" for a few days. Then got matted down and looked dirty again shortly after the cleaning. MY CARPETS HAVE STAYED LOOKING WONDERFUL. I'm no expert but I do know you have to have a powerful cleaning system to remove the dirt and grime. I have two hard working men in my house, one is a welder and the other works on a flight line so grime is unavoidable. I am loving the carpets, and the professionalism with which they listened to my concerns, didn't put anyone down (other cleaning services) but simply and honestly told me what they could do. Then they did it! Thank you so much!"

"The service was okay. The guy who came out to give me the estimate, told me things that weren't true, like they would lay plastic to protect the cabinet, or the carpet, or the baseboards, and although the man who came, although he didn't damage anything, he didn't use any plastic. The coupon said that they would deep clean the tile, and when he came, he said the big deal was a basic clean, and the deep clean cost more money. I didn't like the way they reworded the coupon. He wanted to bump me up a couple hundred Dollars, but I didn't take it. The stories of the salesman, and the man who did the work didn't match, and I didn't like that."

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

As a general rule, HVAC air filters should be replaced every one to three months (or every 90 days). However, the ideal frequency depends on several factors, including the filter type and your home's environment. For instance, if you use thinner filters (1-2 inches deep), have pets, have household members with allergies, smoke indoors, or frequently keep windows open, you may need to change the filter as often as once a month. It's best to follow the manufacturer's recommendation as a guideline and visually inspect the filter monthly to see if it's dirty. Regular filter changes are crucial for maintaining proper airflow, good indoor air quality, and efficient HVAC system operation.

While caulking is handy for quite a bit of jobs, it’s still limited. Any crack or gap larger than 1/4 inch is best left for a more intensive repair job. When you hire house painters, they should run a thorough check to see what they need to repair before they start the job.

Large repairs that caulking typically won’t do well with include cracks or holes larger than a 1/4 inch, rotted wood, or metal surfaces, such as garage doors.

No, running your furnace without an air filter isn’t better than running it with a dirty filter. Even if it’s dirty, a filter will still prevent particles from blowing around your ducts and your house. However, neither of these options is good for your furnace or your health. Replace your filter once every one to three months for optimal furnace performance and air quality.

Simple filter changes can be done DIY, but professionals should handle motor repairs, sensor issues, and airflow problems.

Yes, many professionals offer HEPA filter upgrades for improved indoor air quality and allergen reduction.
