"Hired Ricardo Borjas to paint interior rooms and repair baseboards. His painter did such a great job (fast, neat...no paint splatters) that I asked him to paint entire exterior of house. This included exterior walls and doors and patio cover. Job was done neatly and house looks beautiful. Borjas is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. My job was done well and done fast. "Original scheduled date for painting was not convient for Phil.  Had to reschedule which was not very convient for me.  They performed the work well and I was pleased with the result, however the paint smell took 3 weeks to disapate --possiblly because of the paint used and/or because the weather was hotter and could not open all the windows and doors and contributed  to my displeasure with having to reschedule when weather was an important factor.
I have some reservations about using them again.
