I cancelled him and not only did he cash the check I gave him but he also cashed the check I though I lost

I needed a post installed securely in my yard for mounting a backyard weather station. James of M3 Home Maintenance and Repair was perfect for my small backyard project. Experienced and knowledgeable, I would definitely use him again for my home projects, large or small.

The work was fine however, I did not like that. He came into my house with boots on and no shoe covers.

The job was done perfectly and promptly. Very polite and a pleasure to work with.

Please be careful in hiring this company. I have had an ongoing dispute with this individual for months regarding a refund of $5000.00, which awarded thru binding arbitration for work & materials that were never completed.

Hired M3 to paint almost our entire downstairs area. There were some delays, but we were able to talk things out and work through some solutions. Ultimately, they finished the job without any further issues.

James and M3 was the first to reach out to us about our painting project. James was courteous and prompt. After talking with many other contractors we decided to go with M3 and we did not regret it one bit. They started when they said they would and finished the next day. The completed job came out perfect and we are in love with everything! Will definitely be using M3 again for a door project next! Thank you James and M3!

Needed direct TV dish removed, James called immediately and came over same day, 20 minutes job was done

James is very courteous n proficient.

Plans/contract called for four shelves he only put a three but still charge for four he was late to all three appointments by 45 minutes to an hour so no I would not recommend this person for future projects.

I would never call on this company again. The owner Mr. James is very unprofessional and dishonest. He overcharges for his work and refused to give an itemized invoice because he could not honestly justify his cost and he did not care. He was paid and now will not have the common decency to respond to my text. Do not bother trying to leave a message because his phone will not allow you to. Also, he stated he could not do an itemized invoice because he has no computer. Well no record, no proof. Shady business!!! This will also be posted on social media. Maybe I will be able to save someone else from being taken advantage of.

He is an excellent handyman. I recommend hiring him for work.

James was hired the beginning of May to paint all the cabinets in my home and to install a few light fixtures and a chandelier. A few red flags should have came to mind early on. First most contractors do not charge half the cost of a job before the job is started. Also I would pop in and out of my new home to check the progress nothing was never done. The chandelier was put in very sloppy, a patch of my ceiling was cut out that he had patched together to install the chandelier, the colors do not match. I was going to hire a electrician to do the job correctly, but James was confident the job was going to be done correctly. This man is a con artist/scam. I trusted and believed James would do a good job but he truly failed the job. My cabinets are beyond ridiculous. James and his team are incompetent, he talk a good game but that?s about it. After I send him pictures of the poorly job, he comes up with a big fat lie that Sherman Williams is researching the lacquer paint, and spray gun. He did not finish the job , some of my cabinets were not put back on the hinges, there is paint all over my walls. He had someone start painting my ceiling it is left unfinished. I have a electrician coming out because now my bedroom lights and closet lights are not coming on. I believe some light fixtures were put in any type of way. I can guarantee there is some faulty wiring do to James poor job. I am going to be out of thousands more money to fix James mess. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this man he will scam and lie to you, all he care about is the money. If you ca not do a job do not take on the job. This man has ruined my 2019 home I am going to be out of so much more money. Please do your research before hiring people this has been a very costly lesson.
