"Paramount Pros ended up doing a good job on new gutters, painting wood soffit & fascia, and trim around sliding patio doors. However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."

"Contractor was hired to draw plans for additions on my home, He told me it would take Two weeks to complete, Its been Four months, I tried several times to reach out and find out why it was taking so long and all I got were excuses, If any communication at all. Contractor is keeping my money (1,000.00) for work that was not completed, I am glad I did not give him the full amount. I feel I am due the $1000.00 refund because the job was not even close to being completed, I would consider him completeing the job, but do not trust him."
