"Everything about Duranchi was excellent. I did a search on Angi for tree trimming, and the same day I received a call from Ignacio. When I called to set up the free estimate, he came the same day. He listened attentively to our concerns and gave helpful suggestions. He and his men returned two days later to do the job. They arrived right when they said they would, and they worked efficiently (and surprisingly quietly) for most of the day. We asked them to trim three trees and remove one tree and a bush. We also asked them to remove some filler rock we had all around our backyard perimeter. They did ALL of that we asked and much more! They went way beyond our expectations. When they left, everything was so clean that you'd never know they had been here - except that our yard looked fantastic! In addition to their great work, the gentlemen were all very polite and professional. We mainly spoke with Ignacio, who was extremely polite and knowledgable, but they all seemed like great guys. It seemed like they really took pride in their work - everything was done exceedingly well. And the price was very reasonable. I will never go anywhere else. I cannot recommend them highly enough."

"The company responded within minutes and set Orlando out to assess our needs. Ok told him we needed trees trimmed. He gave us a very reasonable cost. Orlando trimmed our trees as needed. Cleaned everything up and actually did more than was agreed on. Then he was able to fix the extension cord for our yard lights that were hanging low for a minimal cost. He did a great job. Professional and efficient. Our back yard is beautiful again. He will be returning next week to remove some bushes and clean up our agave plants.We are very pleased with Lily of the Valley LLC and will hire them to care of future yard work. I can’t take pictures right now because it’s pouring out. We highly recommend Lily of the Valley for your outdoor needs."

"I've personally maintained our palm trees for over 5 years now. Our residence is very unique, and backs up against an apartment complex. Part of the monthly trimming is to remove the lower dead branches, thin out the fronds between the two trees, but also maintain the privacy so the neighbors can't look right down into our yard. As the palm trees have grown taller, I have needed to use a ladder because my pole saw is only so long. Because I had just finished a medical procedure, I didn't want to get on the ladder (I'm 53), and requested a tree service to thin out the fronds and maintain the privacy. While I was at work, the tree service company arrived at the residence, and performed the work (side gate was left unlocked for their access). When I returned home I was absolutely mortified, stunned, and shocked. The below picture (before and after) clearly showcases the damage, and completely erasure of all privacy that I have worked so diligently to maintain for over 5 years. As you can see from the left side photo, the tree company sheared off every single frond for a 6 foot swath. I called and discussed with the company the issue at the length. They offered to discount the work by $50. I told the company to send me the full bill because this was not a money issue. The company explained it was a communication issue, and that they don't even "trim" palm trees like I had wanted, and would have had no idea of how to even bill that. This is a prime example of a big box company not listening to the little guy. It's pretty obvious from the photo what was going on for over 5 years. If I had wanted the palm trees sheared all the way to the top I could have done that myself for the past 5 years. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would have left 0 stars if it would have let me. I understand the company has many good reviews, that is not the issue. When I company is the doing this volume of work they are operating on auto pilot and not paying attention to the little details. I obviously can't get my privacy back, and during the phone calls with the company, they kept insisted the shade will come back. Again, not listening to the little guy. Well no duh the top shade will come back, that WAS NOT why I was having the trees trimmed. OMG. Never again will I call this company....ever...."

"Dale and his partner showed up on time. Good first step. The price he initially quoted remained the same. Another good step. I was concerned that he would not be able to pick up and remove what I had piled in my yard; Dale had only a regular sized pickup truck. Dale assured me that he could remove everything we had discussed. Much to my surprise and satisfaction, Dale and his partner worked hard and did a very good job at cleaning up my mess. Don’t let Dale’s “small” truck and few tools make you think he can’t do the job. He definitely can. "

Sometimes we take a chance on someone blindly, but here's the thing, he reached out to me by phone and was warm, friendly, and I could tell from our conversation that he had the experience, wisdom, and entrepreneurial spirit to complete the job just the way I wanted. Well, he and his assistant worked diligently and happily suggested solutions to a couple of things I did not take into consideration. He was more than fair in pricing, and he cleaned up the packing materials that were part of the project once he was finished. Five stars!"
