I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"They are scammer, they ask you to sign for just showing up at your house, they will promise you they will be back, then get paid by the manufacturer, then they claim nothing was wrong ...without even touching your equipment. --------------------------------------------------------------------- After purchasing the refrigerator we waited for a few months to open the box before putting our house on the market, in order to switch the old refrigerator with the new one. The refrigerator was in perfect condition, zero issues, with the exception of it making a very loud buzzing noise. It happens between 5 to 8 times a day on average. It will sound out in the middle of the night, also.
