"BACK IN 1983 I HAD DURA-KOOL INSTALL A PATIO COVER FOR MY NEW HOME. THEIR INSTALLATION AND QUALITY SPEAKS FOR ITS SELF. THE COVER HAS LASTED FOR 32 YRS & STILL IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.  I ONLY WANTED A NEW COVER TO UPDATE WHAT I HAVE.  THE ONLY PROBLEM IS IT WAS SLIGHTLY LEAKING DOWN THE WALL OF THE HOUSE IN SEVERAL PLACES.  I DECIDED TO HOLD OFF UNTIL I HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO GET THE NEW COVER.(I'M 73 ON A FIX INCOME AND NO ONE ELSE TO  HELP WITH TO THE COST.)  DURA-KOOL SENT SOMEONE OUT TO CAULK THE ENTIRE LENGTH AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.  WHEN I HAVE THE MONEY I WILL HAVE DURA-KOOL INSTALL THE COVER.

"I have used them twice in the past. I used them in June, 2011 and recently, couple of weeks ago. It was like a texture painted concrete they did. We purchased a house which was 10 years old and so they re-did the concrete to make it look nice and new. They also did something like a concrete garage. They put coding on it which looks like paint and paint chips and stuff. They also resurfaced the deck outside the pool. Overall their service was very good. They were expensive, but I think they did a good job. I recommend them to friends and family members. They did everything I asked them to do. The only issue I had with them was that they didn't come when I had asked them to come."

"I have used RMN 3 times and each time i come away saying “this guy gets the job DONE”. RMN came in and saved us weeks of frustration over our last painter when he arrived on site with all the guys that he said he was going to arrive with, and all the materials ready to go. RMN has never ever given me an excuse on why the project isn’t going how he said it was going to go. They have painted the exterior, interior, and several cabinet finishes. They have repaired drywall to where I could not tell that any damage had been done prior. I have the utmost confidence in Juan and would recommend you work with him as well. His team shows up on time and does the job cleanly with a fair price. RMN comes highly recommended!"

"The electrical specialist was fast and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. On the other hand the plumbing specialist did not seem to know how to plumb the new kitchen sink and was asking other workers in my kitchen remodel where the cold/hot water lines and did not initially realize he needed a V trap for to reconfigure the sink pipes. When he finally finished nearly 4 hours later and left the sink leaked and had to be called back the next day. He fixed the leak and after he left he forgot to turn on the cold water and only had hot water in the sink. He also installed the faucet the wrong way and had to unscrew and turn it around. I would say if I have electrical work I would not hesitate to call Ren Pro but would definitely pass on any plumbing work. In fairness, they cut the time in half to accommodate for the plumbing mishaps. However, because the plumber left one of his tools, they came back to get it and on the return visit asked for a quote for some other work. They never got back to me."
