"Excellent service. He showed up on time and immediately began to work. The price quoted was extremely fair and below a few other competitors. I had a lot of trash and junk that needed to be cleared out within a day. He completely cleaned out the clutter in a professional way. I would highly suggest hiring them!"

"Miller and his colleagues were able to do a lot of things quickly. Along with everything else, they also grabbed some old furniture that I needed help moving to the curb. They took several cares to make sure nothing was damaged during the move, including wrapping the furniture, turning off all the lights, and packaging the picture frames."

"This job had to be done by Tues,2/4/20. I just called him the Thurs before. Not a problem he said. He was there when we arrived and had the job half done. He was finished and left before noon!! Very pleasant, assured, and skilled. A great work ethic and fast. It's great working with a pro! The job was to strip a bedroom and bathroom in a mobile home. The carpet, pad, linoleum, toilet, bed, frame and mattress, linens, clothing, anything and everything in those two rooms had to go. There was heavy contamination. He ripped it up, packed it up, and hauled it all away. Thank you, Calvin!!"

"These guys cakes over and tore out my old porch. They then told me other things they offered. And instead of charging me for extra work, they went ahead and cleaned my windows for free! I had 3 young men show up and they said there?s more. They are super generous and I?ll be calling them to help me with almost everything around my house! These guys are amazing and I recommend them to all my family and friends! Thank you RnK?s Services for all you do!"

The cost for junk removal is $240 on average, but prices can range from $60 to $600. Your total price largely depends on the items you’re having removed. Certain appliances, like window air conditioners, range from $75 to $90 to remove. However, more oversized items, like hot tubs, fall on the expensive side of the range, costing between $200 and $600 for removal. You should also consider the amount and weight of your junk, with most junk removal companies requiring a minimum of 2 cubic yards.

Wood is a very versatile material, so you can either compost it, use it for firewood, turn it into wood chips, or save it for future projects. If you don’t want excess wood cluttering your garage or workspace, you can call local community centers or schools to see if they have a need for it.

Professionals safely remove water or fuel tanks by emptying the contents, cutting and disconnecting lines, and lifting the tank for disposal while adhering to environmental regulations.

There are several small, inexpensive upgrades you can make to upgrade your basement. Although you still need to adhere to building codes and obtain permits when necessary, you can complete small but mighty tasks like painting the masonry walls and installing entertainment devices to make the space more usable.

The most cost-effective approach to land clearing is DIY-ing what you can, such as removing brush, small saplings, and other more manageable tasks. Then, contact a tree cutting pro to finish the job for the larger vegetation and trees on your property. Get multiple quotes, look for off-season discounts, and scope out all your options to keep things as budget-friendly as possible.
