Lionel is a superb builder as well as an honest businessman. We hired Lionel for a significant construction job on our existing home. We agreed to work in $50k increments and that every phase of the work must be completed before asking for more money. Paul had trouble hiring and keeping subs and would complain to us what losers they were, as if was not responsible for hiring them. The quality of the work was atrocious, but before it was near finished, he demanded more money. We said no, you have to finish, and he took off. I have all the pictures and if Zo can post them, I will."
