Repaired a leaking roof and repaired inside water damage. Cleaned up a lot of accumulated branches, broken cabinets, and junk from our backyard. Our backyard is spotless. Plan to use him to paint the inside of our home. Did a lot of clean up pruning at my son's home and cleaned up the yard. My son has plans to have a cinder block wall built by Oscar in the future.
