Joseph is a real nice guy. He inspected our home for a buyer who paid for his work. The problem is his report nearly expects a 40 year old home to be in "like new" condition. This helps buyers but makes a seller's life miserable. Use him only if you are a buyer paying for an inspection to gain the edge over a seller..
