They were very friendly and courteous. Their work was well done and they were clean; they even cleaned up and vacuumed. They also have a lifetime warranty on the windows. Also they did not ask for money up front, or for a down payment, which is very good.

Ralph came on time.  He was well prepared to work. When he was finished, we examined each window and marked each paine that needs repair.  He made certain that the work was satisfactory.  In fact, he exceeded them.

Very well. I caked at 8 am, they promised and showed up in the early afternoon. The one little glitch was that they had the wrong window with them initially, but someone brought out the other one soon and the glass was replaced efficiently, the mess cleaned up. The installer was courteous.

I purchased this service with a promotional price. I have only eight windows in my condo.  I have not used them since then 2011 because their minimum price is more than I am willing to pay for these few windows.  However, I would recommend them for anyone who has more windows than I do.

My son was taken to school, and picked up, then dropped off at home. Very nice people. punctual and caring. Only thing I would've liked is brighter rooms and more windows. And bigger outside play area.

Once the replacement glass with the built in door was completed, installation went well.  They also replaced the broken springs on 2 windows.  Cleaned the tracks and sprayed silicon for smooth operation on the windows ans slider.   Love the built in pet door.  Now I have the full slider to use...

He called at 8am (the beginning of our designated time frame) and gave me a smaller window (shorting it to 2 hours). He was late, but called to say he would be 20 minutes late. He worked quickly and diligently and explained all that he was doing. He walked me through installing everything.
