The paint is super thing, could see where all the streaks are. I'm just very unhappy and very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Here's my experience. They performed the sloppiest home exterior paint job that I have ever seen with streaks and running droplets of paint as evidence. In the process they managed to place deep scratches into glass windows, leave paint on the concrete, shingles, windows, window screens, door sills, door handles, light fixtures, and brick. They do not prepare the surfaces by using tarp or masking tape. They just use a spray painting gun to get the job done quick and dirty. CertaPro Painters of El Paso are unprofessional and super sloppy. The destruction Certapro Painters of El Paso caused to my house is tantamount to vandalism. The doors were sealed shut with paint which has already started to peel away with normal opening and closing of the door. Certapros warranty is useless. I would never ever have Certapro Painters of El Paso back to my house or advise anyone reading this to use them to paint a rock. Whatever damage Certa

Outstanding in all respects -- from the initial review and proposal, to quality of workmanship, on-time every time, very attentive to detail and responsive to questions. We have had multiple compliments from neighbors and passers-by. They are quite simply in a class of their own.

After paying them $6400. I was very disappointed in the work done. I asked the representative if they did miner stucco repair and he replied **Yes**. The stucco repair was very poorly done They were very sloppy and late on completion of the job. After I called them back to complain about the problems it took them 4 weeks to come back. After they came back to fix some of the problems I still find discrepancies, but I will not call them back. One thing that really disturbing was that I asked the rep if they used subcontractors and he said *NO THEY ARE EMPLOYEES OF OUR COMPANY** which was a lie. The first company they hired was supposed to start on a certain day but never showed up because they couldnt agree on a price to do the job..

Oscar was great to work with. Had exterior and interior painting completed, very happy with the results.

Getting an estimate was fast and easy. Once the project began and I had questions, the Project Manager would respond promptly. I love that they use Sherwin Williams paint and their price for the quality (including warranty) is fair. Painters were efficient and the end result was BEAUTIFUL!! All my requests and expectations were met. A couple neighbors painted their homes using CertaPro soon after so it made our street better looking, too!

I had no problems with the CertaPro Representative, but their Paint contractor did not prep the surfaces before painting. I can see my old paint in spots here and there. Sorry, I would not hire again or recommend it.

They provided the service with very good attention to detail. Willing to satisfy my request to my eyes for small missed areas of paint. Team of 3 worked very well together.

Alicia and Oscar were great people to work with. The workers themselves take pride in their work. I would recommend they focus a little more on clean up each day and communicate more with the owner. There were times when they left and I had no idea. Initial walk through was rushed, causing a call out to complete some minor touch ups.

Certapro tried to accomodate my requests but were unable to provide steadfast advisement. This lack of professional clarity and competence negatively inpacted the quality of the finished exterior paint. This job cost $5K. I had to repaint about 1000 sq ft of exterior wall in order to fix sub quality paint.
