Mariano came to the rescue, rebuilt all the structural damage and did beautuful refinishing of the plaster and and a masterful job of marrying the new tiles he replaced with the existing tiles that weren’t damaged. "The technician did a review of the cooling systems which were not working at the time. Rather than trouble shoot the obvious - lack of coolant - he told us we needed a new system and charged us for 1.5 hours of work. i contacted another group who did excellent and honest trouble shooting, replaced and refilled the coolant, re insulated some pipes at a very reasonable cost. When I contacted Reliable Tech and told them what happened they came back out to the house and offered a partial refund."

At every step in the project, the manager and crew reported exactly at the promised date and time. Phase I seems to have addressed the multiple leaks we were having. Phase II will be to complete the re-roofing, but we're waiting for more suitable weather. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof repairs and stuccoing.
