The company owner is at all job sites and you will deal directly with him. All work is done by our company. We never ask for any money upfront unless job requires special oder on a material that is needed for the job. Payments are made quarterly after the job has started.

"Mark of Window Depot in Taos NM was quick to respond to our inquiry. The installers were good and thorough. The new windows were good. Unfortunately, the color was not what was ordered (and on the invoice). We actually liked the color, and we asked Mark to contact us thinking he would apologize for the mistake. We were clear that we liked the blinds (even though not what we ordered) and were not asking for them to be replaced. Mark never responded to calls and texts. Very disappointing."
