"Three ladies came to my home and cleaned every single surface, doors, frames, baseboards, floors, the kitchen and bath in 6 1/2 hours total. They did an excellent job and got a few tough areas I had not been able to get completely clean. I clean very well, but didn't want to spend the time to do the whole house at this time. "They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

"When I called them, they told me that they couldn't make 2 trips to my house because it cut into the cost (although I told them  I wasn't sure what I needed to fix up my deck). When they got to my house, they told me that I needed to go to Lowes and buy the sealant.  They told me what to buy and how much. I had to leave them alone in my house while I went to pick it up. They put in some screws while I was gone and then painted the deck with the sealant. I guess I would have done it myself and saved a lot of money if I would have known what my deck needed.  The deck hadn't been cleaned prior to the sealant but I only had them for the one afternoon and so I  had to have them do it then. The job itself was done OK.  I learned that if I do something like this again, I will make sure that I know exactly what I need and have the right materials and see what's involved in the labor.  Actually, I will just do it myself and save the money.
