"I hired Kramer to cut down a mature but dying globe willow tree, then plant a young cottonwood in its place. Kramerâ   s price was fair, and the quality of his job left me very impressed. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
