  • The service was great! 
  •  Ramon Acosta showed up on time for the appointment to lay out the the floor plan and had his men there at the house ready to work within 2 days. We wanted special made cabinets for the bathroom and Ramon brought us a cabinet designer to our home to work out the details! The workers were punctual and cleaned up their mess after each day of work. The remodel was finished on schedule. I plan on remodeling the kitchen and I will be calling D & R Services for that project as well!

You can regularly clean your Marmoleum® flooring by sweeping, vacuuming, and damp mopping with a neutral cleaner. Avoid using highly abrasive materials or high-pH cleaners to prevent cracking, warping, or discoloration, and never wet mop, as heavy water exposure can damage the floors. Marmoleum® floors have a topcoat called TopShield preinstalled, so you do not need to polish them.

Most DIY floor cleaners don’t require rinsing, but you’ll want to make sure you don’t add too much dish soap or oil to the cleaner to avoid having to rinse it after cleaning. For non-wood floors, mix 8 parts warm water, 1 part vinegar, and 1 part baking soda with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, use olive oil in that same mixture instead of the vinegar. You can also use an electric polisher, which is especially handy for large floors.

Distilled white vinegar can help you remove candle wax from surfaces like countertops. You’ll need to scrape off most of the wax and use the distilled white vinegar to help soften and remove the rest and leftover residue. Keep in mind that while it’s possible, using distilled white vinegar isn’t an effective method for removing wax compared to the methods listed above.
