John and his crew did their work in a very professional manner and did a thorough cleanup after the job was complete. His price for all this work was quite reasonable. "It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

"The city dinged just about everybody on our street for sidewalk issues. I had Mountainside replace about 10' of sidewalk and more importantly some deteriorated concrete steps on the side of the house. They showed up on time and worked quickly, kept me appraised of some minor changes and were extremely professional. On the side steps they had to remove and replace the hand rails, which involved cutting & welding. They also had to color match the stucco. This was the 1st time I had used them and it was one of the best results for a job of this type I have had."

"I wish that they had told me not to do it at all. They worked really hard, but they were not able to get it done. I did not know that it would cost so much to do the whole deck. It did not get the whole thing done. I was more preventative and they only did half of it. I did not know that it was going to take so long. I was only able to get half of it done, they did do what was said in the advertisement. I could not afford to have the rest of it done. It has been too difficult to deal with. I did pay for a couple of extra hours. They came out a couple of weeks after I made the purchase. The quality was good for what they were supposed to do."
