"James communicated clearly from the first message. He was flexible and easy to talk to. Spent time to give us an honest quote and then worked all day to get the job done. My house is almost entirely tile and our grout was looking pretty gross. It looks so much better now! His pricing was competitive and I feel like I got a bargain based on the results.
