Anthony was very informative and explained the area rug cleaning process thoroughly. It had been about 10 years since I had purchased the rug and had accumulated some spot stains. However, when my rug was returned, it looked good as new. Kudos to the team for helping to extend the life of my area rug.

Great. They were professional and conscientious.

It went very well. We talked in the phone first and I was provided an estimate of services depending on the material the rug was made of. I coordinated drop off and pick up of the rug without any issues.

They did a good job. Professional, polite, thorough and have pretty up-to-date equipment.

Sadly the tenants were not able to keep the grout cleaned. This made a difficult job for Bear cleaning. They persevered! 900 sq ft tile plus one area rug 8x10

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And the work behind the scenes cleaning the carpets is clearly of the highest quality. We had some of the 11 carpets we took to Bear cleaned last year in our office in Las Vegas. We had them cleaned again. There was no comparison. I'd highly recommend them if you love your carpets!

Perfect! Bear was immediately responsive when I called. They came to our house on a short notice and promptly as scheduled. They moved furniture so the large carpet could be rolled up and took it to their location. They delivered it back to us in bright colors and beautiful shape a few days before they promised and helped move the furniture again. They were very professional and pleasant in all our contacts with them. AND the puppy turned out to be a real chewer! Thank goodness the carpet was gone during his visit.

Excellent job cleaning -- the rug was returned in perfect condition.

Technician scraped porcelain toilet on both sides. Carpet was super damp and really not as clean as they cleaned it before. Looks like the dirt was just moved around to different areas. The carpet also is musty due to the dampness. We used Bear about a year and half ago and they did a great job. The carpet looked almost new. The technician took his time. This time it was a rush job for sure. We had to clean up several areas of water because the hose was leaking. The technician also was careless with his equipment and chipped the wall. Will look else where next time. The owner is supposed to come by tomorrow. I'm hoping he will rectify the situation. If so, I will change the review.

This was our third time using Bear carpet cleaning. They are excellent.

They did a good job. Very professional.

I first used Bear Carpet for cleaning my expensive oriental wool large area rug. They picked up the rug and brought it back a few days later, looking almost like brand new. I had given up on carpet cleaning companies for my house because none of them cleaned the carpets better than I could do it myself with a rented cleaner. But after the rug cam back looking so good I gave them a try on my carpets and I was completely happy with the job they did. Very professional and friendly. They even got rid of the cat urine smell the areas that the cat had accidents on! I have used them 3 times now and never been disappointed.

They were fantastic. They were on time and did an excellent job. Very professional and called me back promptly when I reached out to them. I would hire them again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Excellent, however I do not recall the job as it was a very long time ago and was not done via Angie's list.
