Rocco was both professional.and warm. The job was an emergency for us and he found a time to commit to immediately on a weekend. He was also right on time, friendly, informative, and did good work.

Ricco moved a very heavy bed in order to get the stains from the back and on the side of the bed. He was courteous and very helpful about how to properly dry a cleaned carpet. I appreciated the extra effort he made to clean a very difficult stained carpet.

Ricco did not wear a mask for most of the time he was in my house. Except for this unfortunate disappointment, I was satisfied with his work.

I feel the $120 I paid was a bit much considering the professional carpet cleaner did not have to move any furniture and the 2 bedrooms equaled one bedroom. One of the bedrooms looked very good after the carpet was completely dry; however,the other carpet still showed the stains which I paid an extra $20 to be removed. I have also contacted the professional and text him a picture of the stain. I am awaiting his answer.
