In September 2020, I began a remodel of the same bathroom and discovered mold in the adjacent interior wall. After receiving two quotes, one firm in Albuquerque for $6.2K and one in Las Cruces for $600.00 I knew that something wasn't right. I searched Home Advisor and found Gary. My initial contact and conversation was a fabulous experience. The quote for mold remediation was very fair. The pre & post tests of the air quality and mold spore count on effected surfaces was included in the remediation task. Gary and his team did a fabulous job of cleaning up post the mold remediation. "When I was looking for a mold inspector in Santa Fe, Eric Tillson was by far the most professional of any I spoke to. By professional I mean he spent a great deal of time talking with me without trying to sell himself. I was interested in a particular mold test called an ERMI test and though it was not one he used himself, he took the time to research it and explained in depth how his method of testing could be combined with the ERMI to give me the information I needed.
